happiness-chemical, can influence your mood. Think of your past achievements
and show gratitude; enjoy sunlight; eat eggs, cheese, nuts and seeds etc. This
will help its secretion.
Endorphin,
masks pain/discomfort, light exercises like doing morning/evening walk
regularly can helps its appropriate secretion.
